iPhone / iPad Setup
Set up your email in the built-in Mail app on iOS.
Open Settings
Go to Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
Navigate to Mail
Tap Mail (or "Mail, Contacts, Calendars" on older iOS versions).
Tap Accounts, then tap Add Account.
Select "Other"
Do NOT select Google, Yahoo, or Outlook. Instead, scroll down and tap Other.
Tap Add Mail Account.
Enter your account details

| Description | Any label (e.g. Work Email) |
Select IMAP
Make sure IMAP is selected at the top (not POP).
Enter incoming mail server
| Host Name | server1.axoemail.com |
| User Name | [email protected] (full email) |
| Password | Your email password |
Enter outgoing mail server
| Host Name | server1.axoemail.com |
| User Name | [email protected] (full email) |
| Password | Your email password |
Advanced settings
After saving, go back to Settings → Mail → Accounts → your new account.
Tap Account → Advanced.
Set the following under Incoming Settings:
| Use SSL | ON |
| Server Port | 993 |
SMTP settings
Go back and tap SMTP → tap the primary server.
| Use SSL | ON |
| Server Port | 465 |
| Authentication | Password |
Done!
Tap Done. Your email will start syncing.
Send a test email to yourself to verify everything works.
Trouble sending? Try the alternative SMTP port
If port 465 is blocked by your network (some corporate or hotel Wi-Fi networks block it), use these alternative outgoing settings:
