Go to Mail → Settings (or Preferences) → Accounts.
Click the + button to add a new account.

5
Configure server settings
If Mail can't auto-detect settings, you'll see a form for server details.
Select IMAP as the account type.
| Incoming Server | server1.axoemail.com |
| Outgoing Server | server1.axoemail.com |
6
Verify port settings
After signing in, go to Mail → Settings → Accounts → Server Settings.
Verify these settings:
| IMAP Port | 993 (SSL/TLS) |
| SMTP Port | 465 (SSL/TLS) |
| Authentication | Password |
7
Done!
Your email will start syncing. Send a test email to verify.
8
Trouble sending? Try the alternative SMTP port
If port 465 is blocked by your network (some corporate or hotel Wi-Fi networks block it), use these alternative outgoing settings:
Alternative: Port 587 with STARTTLS security and PLAIN authentication. All other settings remain the same.
| Port | 587 |
| Security | STARTTLS |
| Authentication | PLAIN |
You're all set!
Send a test email to make sure everything is working.
